Computer Aided Design

CAD (Computer Aided Design) is an essential tool to make concepts become real. The creation of 3D models enables visualizing designs under all possible angles and creating high quality drawings. Furthermore CAD opens doors to further processing such as CFD or FEM.


Computational Fluid Dymanics

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) allows us to predict different fluid-flow phenomena. CFD provides useful information to optimize product designs before manufacturing or identify potential issues without the need of complex experiments.


Finite Element Method

FEM (Finite Element Method) is used to optimize the design of mechanical components. By setting realistic boundary conditions and material properties, the local stress can be evaluated to make sure it never exceeds the allowable limits. Using this method enables to save weight without compromizing the reliability.


Physical Modelling

We can create mathematical models of existing or developed processes and systems. Such models allow to better understand how systems operate by predicting their reaction on different inputs. Models can be deployed as executable files with user-friendly interfaces. Additional features such as parameter validity ranges, warnings and more can be included.


Experimental Investigations

Experimental investigations enable to validate designs and perform specific evaluations of existing systems. We can set up experimental investigations from the test procedure to the data post-processing. We offer the opportunity to test systems under cryogenic conditions with liquid nitrogen.


Coding

From the creation of simple data post-processing routines to complex applications with graphical user interfaces, our coding skills enable to significantly accelerate time-consuming and repetitive tasks.


Machine Learning

Machine learning techniques enables to analyse large amounts of data and identify specific patterns. It allows to investigate systems with numerous parameters (numerical and string), and filter these parameters according to their impact on the system response. It can be used to efficiently solve regression and classification problems, or identify system issues.
